5. How we use information

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. We share it only with:

7. Cookies and similar technology

The Playbook uses your browser's local storage to save your plans on your device and remember that you have access. Google sign-in may set its own cookies to operate. Page fonts load from Google Fonts. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy first.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your sign-up information while the Playbook is offered or until you ask us to delete it. We keep a record of your opt-out so we honor it. Web host logs are kept for the host's standard period.

9. Your choices and rights

Anyone, wherever you live, can email heard@stlfse.com to:

We will respond within 30 days and may need to confirm the request came from you. Residents of some states (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and others) have rights under their state laws, including to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of authorization. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

10. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited access to sign-up records, and well-known service providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee security.

11. Children

The Playbook is for adults 18 and older who are planning a business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor gave us information, email us and we will delete it.

12. Visitors outside the United States

The Playbook is run from the United States, and information is stored in the United States.

We may update this policy. The version and effective date at the top will change. If a change materially affects how we use information we already have, we will tell you by email or on the Playbook before it applies.
